Having lived a silent hell for 17 years, I had to learn tools and skills to overcome a destructive behaviour that nearly cost me my life.

Reared in a childhood of dysfunction and abuse and being the target of bullying at school, my self-esteem and self-worth were almost non-existent and I had developed a multitude of toxic belief systems that kept me stuck in every area of my life. Self-loathing, feelings of inadequacy, an intense desire to control and countless failed attempts at relationships, success and life culminated in emotional ‘shut-down’ and a need to self-medicate and escape my deep-rooted pain. Always feeling anxious and most often sad or depressed, I had no choice but to choose to heal or die.

I set upon a journey of self-reflection and evaluation of my core belief systems about myself. I learned how to recognize damaging thoughts leading to self-inflicted pain and mastered re-programming my thoughts and belief systems in order to align my external reality with the newly developed internal environment. This is how I healed my life and as a result have made it my mission and purpose to help others do the same, to transform pain into meaning and self-development.
